Hi, I’m Mackenzie!
I've spent the last 5+ years inside early-stage startups, acting as the connective tissue between teams: the person who jumps into complexity, identifies what's actually broken, and builds the systems to make them run better.
Most recently, I led operations for Finli, an early stage fintech startup. I’ve previously held GTM positions at MainStreet, LinkedIn + Salesforce, giving me a front-row seat to how infrastructure actually scales at different stages.
I've built new functions from the ground up, overhauled organization-wide tools + systems to achieve greater impact, and coached leaders on how to get the most out of their teams.
The highest-performing teams I've worked with aren't looking for ways to do things differently — they're executing. That's what makes them great.
But it's also what makes it hard to take a step back and ask "how could this work significantly better?”
